Modular QA System for Apartments
On behalf of an importer, we developed and managed the Quality Assurance system for a six-story modular apartment building manufactured in China and assembled in New Zealand. This included the creation of an ISO 9001 technical manual, Inspection Test Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Method Statements. Our approach ensured a fully auditable system that resulted in fewer construction errors compared to a top New Zealand construction firm and has been accepted as best practice with processes being adopted in other projects.
