Systematic Performance Review for a Group Home Builder
Engaged as an independent consultant, we conducted a systematic performance review to enhance process efficiency. By identifying initial gaps and redundancies, we guided the collection and analysis of data using LOGOMIA, leading to the implementation of streamlined processes. These changes reduced duplication, optimised resource allocation, and highlighted key training needs across councils, ultimately resulting in a significant nationwide reduction in Requests for Information (RFIs).
