Assistance for Alternative Solution - Building Consent application process.
Worked through with the team what there pain points are and looked at what changes they could make to their Building Consent application as a result we developed a guidance document to explain the compliance pathway of residential pellet fire, then worked with the team to create a questionnaire, workflow and document compiler, ensuring that only the relevant documentation for the building consent application and all relevant information is provided with an explanation of what detail is needed on the site-specific documents resulting I a reduction of RFI’s and consenting costs.
